The paper analyses changes in educational paradigm due to E-learning technologies introduction into higher technical education. article considers teachers’ readiness for upcoming paradigm. Two paradigms are compared: traditional and innovative, formed as a result of tended change roles functions education participants. Scientific originality the study lies fact that authors compare two describe newly established process research findings follows: participants under conditions modernization revealed; advantages innovative model over one identified.
